Chelsea Agreed to Sell Eden Hazard to Real Madrid on One Condition, Check it Out...

Chelsea's Eden Hazard is one of the pillars in the current Chelsea’s squad, this means his departure from the club will tell a lot on their performance in the nearest future. Chelsea football club have prepared to let Eden Hazard join Real Madrid as long as they are given a player in return.

The 26-year-old has been a near ever-present for Zidane’s side this season but the Spanish side may be willing to part with him in order to secure Hazard.
Chelsea will not want to lose any of their key players as they look to keep up with Manchester City next season.
